Catch & Release is inspired by Chef Jason Neroni's memories of growing up in Maine fishing with his grandfather.  We implemented the use of bold splashes of color over layers of texture created by the existing old wood paneling, the added shingles on the soffit and nautical ropes strung overhead.  The zinc tables not only provide for a fun social environment but offer a great area for customers to enjoy the occasional shrimp boil.  The memory wall near the plaid banquettes further expresses Chef Neroni's love of family and community.
