Catch & Release
Catch & Release is inspired by Chef Jason Neroni’s memories of fishing with his grandfather while growing up in Maine. The bold colors on fishing shacks, and materials which have been weathered over time served as inspirations for the space. Layers of texture were created by existing old wood paneling, then adding shingles on the soffit, and stringing nautical ropes overhead. The zinc table tops not only provides for a fun social evironment but offer a great area for customers to enjoy the occasional shrimp boil. The memory wall near the checkered banquettes further expresses Chef Neroni’s love of family and community.
