Picala

Located at the crossroads of a busy commuter corridor and the entrance to the new Cumulus mixed-use district, the design of Picala unfolds with a soft yet impactful ambiance that feels welcoming and warm while maintaining a strong visual connection to its urban location.  Against this industrial backdrop, the design flows with a carefully composed residential sensibility and a calming color story inspired by the soft hues of natural pigments.
